Since the beginning of the twentieth (20) century tilapia has progressively become a global delicacy
among other species of fish because of its mild taste and easy cooking methods; for this reason,
tilapia farming is now playing a critical role in meeting the high demand of the global populace and
typically Ghanaians and other African States for fish.

And now, introducing Mega Harvest Farms – a tilapia farming group based in Ghana since 2012.
With our long-standing experience in tilapia farming, it is our vision to generate significant returns
on investments made by our shareholders; by not just providing premium quality tilapia to meet the
ever increasing global demand for fish but also to enrich able investors who choose to judiciously
invest in our farming venture.

We use the latest high technologies within the realm of aquaculture, with the intention to process
tilapia into fresh frozen and baked tilapia fillet products.

Indeed, the waste tilapia by-products will be converted into bio-diesel for electricity for use by the
farm's hatchery and feed plant; so, while 10% of electricity used will be generated by solar, the
remaining 90% will be generated from diesel plants to be fuelled with bio-diesel that will be
produced from the company's fish waste and by-products.

40% of the nutrient-dense fish feed will come from soya beans and moringa to be organically
farmed by us - Mega Harvest Farms.

And as well, mega harvest farms is to grow moringa and soya beans for its own feed factory.
The hatchery recently acquired by Mega Harvest Farms won the Ghana national best tilapia
fingerlings producer award in 2014; it is the largest tilapia recirculating hatchery in West Africa.

The farm has a land area in excess of 25 acres and operates 22 large cages on the Volta lake at Abui
in the south Dayi District of the Volta Region.

The company would sell tilapia through its own wholesale and retail sales outlets nationwide; and
hence, we seeks new shareholders to help expand our business territories.

Mega Harvest Farms is ably managed by Twilum Ghana Limited - a team of international and local
professionals.

We are always an industry innovator; Mega Harvest Farms was the first farm with its own
recirculating tilapia hatchery, will again be the number one to use solar pumps for the hatchery
operations, one of the farms to use high-speed fish cutting, scaling and filleting machines, the first
farm to develop and implement a method of recycling its water and the first farm to generate a
significant percentage of its power from solar and bio-diesel produced from the farm's fish waste.

It will also be one of the first farms to manufacture its own feed for the first time in Ghana using
moringa as a major raw material.
